FAQ 1
What if I already have painting skills?
You will learn even more about having control over your paint, my BLOOMS NO FAIL process to gain an assured painting outcome.
Learn how to blend and capture form. This is great if you need to reboot and refresh and gain some new insights.

Can I do this if I have never painted before?
Yes of course, no problems. It’s normal for total newbies to take my
workshops and get great results and learn a heap.
This is a system of painting anyone can learn.
You have full support at every stage and specific teaching for every stage
with no drawing skills required.

What is the size of the canvas?
The canvas size I supply for each student is two canvases, each of which are 16 x 20 inch. It’s an achievable size to get lovely impactful results.

What will we paint?
There will be a choice of blooms to paint from including roses, peonies, tulips and pears, and a few other beautiful blooms. I will be choosing achievable images. You will have the option of doing the same painting as me if you want to follow all of the steps that I do.

Will we paint with an easel or on table top?
We have choices! You can work from the table top or at an easel if you prefer to stand to paint or sit on a stool by the easel and paint. We have a number of stool at the gallery and workshop space.

What happens if I can’t make the 2 days or even 1 day of the workshop after I pay for the workshop?
I can try and replace you if I have a waitlist however short notice is difficult. There are terms and conditions with cut off dates prior to the workshop to change your mind or cancel for whatever reason which is 28 days prior to the workshop.
In the event you can’t make it and I am fully booked which is usually the case, I mention it on my facebook pages to let the students know, at no cost to you to try and replace you.
In the event I can’t replace you if you’ve cancelled in the late to cancel zone, I can supply you with equal value with two online training products but no refund so no need to lose out. You will still get your painting training!

What shall I bring?
- A painting shirt
- Container for water such as a large plastic yoghurt container. Avoid glass please.
- Two clean jam jar lids
- If you have any fave brushes bring them so I can see what you use usually and how they relate to your painting results.
- I do supply the brushes included in the price that I recommend to use for the Blooms painting method demonstrated at our 2 day workshop.
